Big is a 27 year old TWH who arrived May of 2017. He had shoes on all four feet and we have transitioned him to barefoot. He does require wearing boots at times. He is sensitive to the sugars and starches in the grass, so he is on a diet mainly of hay instead of pasture. He requires much work on his feet due to being Inuslin Resitant, chronic laminitis and hoof absessing. He is a very sweet and laid back fella who has nice manners.
